This is part of a unique series of paintings, which, not finding a lively response in the soul, were rewritten, supplemented with new thin layers of glaze and volumetric strokes. And now, through these new layers of paint, echoes of the past shine through – but these are the most beautiful echoes, precisely those that I would like to preserve and emphasize. This is a direct analogy with Life: you cannot change our past, which so strongly affects us, our History, but you can change your attitude towards it, consciously keeping in memory only that which fills with energy, inspires and brings joy.
